We offer free shipping on all orders over R1500.  (Apart from select items that are marked as not available for delivery

If your order is below R1500 a delivery fee of R110 will be charged.

When will I receive my order?

Deliveries can be expected within 3-4 days (Cape Town, Durban, Johannesburg, Port Elizabeth, and Pretoria etc.) 

If you reside outside of a main center, please allow for extra time for your order to be delivered.

Peak Season (Black Friday/Cyber Monday Week and December/Early January)

Due to these high volumes of freight, parcels might be delayed with both local and regional deliveries to be affected. Delivery timelines will be extended and will look something like this:

• OVERNIGHT : ± 3 - 4 working days (MAIN CENTERS as mentioned Above)
• ECONOMY : ± 5 - 7 working days, excluding the day of collection (Areas outside of Main Centers)

Who will deliver my order?

The Courier Guy will delivery your order door to door.

When will my order be packaged?

We package orders Monday to Friday from 8am – 12pm. 

If your order is placed on the weekend or after hours, we will process and dispatch your order the following business day.

Please note the couriers do not deliver on weekends or public holidays.

 If you place an order on a Thursday after 11am please allow for extra delivery time as your order will only be dispatched on Friday to be delivered on Monday.

How do I track my order?

You will receive a tracking number via email after your order is placed. You can track your order via the courier company’s site.
